Our Process

It all begins with a meeting. At this meeting, a producer from ToJo Productions will sit with you and your staff to discuss your project in full. 

We will find out from you the topics you want to cover discuss the details and develop a concept that will take your project to the next level.

Once our meeting has concluded, we will begin scripting, choose a professional voiceover talent, Actors and Actresses if needed, and set a date for production to begin.

Every step of the way, the producers of ToJo Productions understand that this is your video and will keep you involved and updated with its progression.

The length of production or time our production team spends on location depends on your project. 

A thirty second commercial could take anywhere from two and a half to four hours to shoot where a long format project may be over the course of several days, weeks, or months. 

Once the production has finished, the un-edited video is brought to our studio where we put it all together.

During this final step in the process, ToJo Productions edits your video,

Through the use of music, graphics and creativity your project is now complete. 

But it doesn’t end there.  At this point ToJo Productions will send you an approval copy of your video.  We will then make all necessary revisions you request and make sure that you are 100% satisfied with the end result.

Upon your approval, we will format deliverable copies including  DVD’s as well as electronic versions for insertion on your website, or other social media networks.
